We Come to the Furniture, Not the Other Way Around

Our leather furniture repair service areas cover two states, and most of what we repair never leaves the room it sits in.

Almost Everything Is Repaired Where It Stands

Across every one of our leather furniture repair service areas, the address matters less than people expect. Color work, cracking, scuffs and tears are all handled in place, so the piece never moves and nothing is out of use for days. Only a short list of jobs needs a bench.

Color, cracks, tears, single panels

Faded and worn leather is re-pigmented in place. Cracks, scuffs, cuts and burns are filled and re-finished, and a single failed panel can be cut out and replaced without touching the rest. Fixed booths and banquettes are reupholstered where they are bolted down, normally overnight, so the room opens as usual.

Frames, springs, full reupholstery

A broken frame, collapsed springs or a full re-cover of a loose sofa or chair needs the workshop. We wrap and collect, keep a written condition record, and bring the piece back and reinstall it. How collection works.

New York City

The Five Boroughs

Each borough has its own page, and the busier ones split further into leather repair and reupholstery. Start with the borough — the neighborhood pages sit underneath it. There is also a city-wide overview and a page for leather repair across New York City.

Long Island

Nassau, Suffolk and Out to the Hamptons

Long Island is the widest part of our leather furniture repair service areas. Further out, the visit is planned rather than squeezed in — we confirm a window and bring everything needed to finish in one trip, because a second visit costs a day out here.

Nassau County

The North Shore villages and the Five Towns, largely residential work.

Suffolk County

Huntington inland, and the East End houses that empty out after the season.

New Jersey

Across the Hudson, Same Week

New Jersey is not an outer edge of the map for us. Hudson County is closer to the workshop than parts of Queens, and Bergen and Essex are routine. Start at the New Jersey overview.

Essex County

Common Questions

Before You Book a Visit

Which leather furniture repair service areas do you cover?

Two states. In New York: all five boroughs, plus Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island. In New Jersey: Hudson, Bergen and Essex counties. Each area has its own page with the neighborhoods underneath it.

Do you repair furniture in my home, or does it have to leave?

Most of it stays. Color loss, cracking, scuffs, tears and single-panel replacement are all done in the room the furniture sits in. Fixed booths and banquettes are reupholstered in place, usually overnight. Only frame breaks, spring work and full reupholstery of loose pieces need the workshop.

Do you charge more for the outer areas?

Travel is quoted with the job rather than added as a separate line, so you see one figure before anything starts. Tell us the address when you ask for the estimate and it will be included.

Do you handle commercial work everywhere you handle homes?

Yes. Restaurants, hotels, offices and clubs are served across the same footprint, and the work is normally scheduled outside opening hours so the room is back in service the next day. See commercial services.

Tell Us the Address and the Damage

Send a photograph and a ZIP code. If the address falls inside our leather furniture repair service areas we will tell you whether it is an in-room repair or a workshop job, and what it costs, before anyone travels.
