How quickly will I receive my quote?

A free leather repair estimate is usually back the same working day. If the pictures leave something open — usually the depth of a tear or how far a colour has shifted — we say what we still need to see rather than padding the number.

What photos should I send?

Three or four. One of the whole piece from six feet back, one of the damage at a hand's distance, and one with a coin or a key beside it for scale. Daylight, no flash.

Can you match my leather colour?

Usually. Pigmented leather is matched by eye against a swatch fan and sprayed to blend into the surrounding panel. Aniline and nubuck absorb differently and we will tell you before we start if a match is not realistic.

Do you repair vinyl and fabric?

Yes. Vinyl takes the same fill-and-grain method as pigmented leather. Fabric is handled as a recover rather than a repair, because a patch in woven cloth is always visible.

Do you offer on-site service?

Yes, across New York, Long Island and New Jersey. Your ZIP code decides it: most surface work happens in your home, and anything needing a bench is collected and returned.
