How quickly will you respond?
A written estimate comes back within 24 hours of us having usable photos. If something in the pictures is unclear we will ask before quoting rather than guess at a number.
Can I text photos instead of filling in the form?
Yes. Text them to 347-310-7483 and add your ZIP code. That is the fastest route and it reaches the same people who read the form.
Do you provide on-site service?
Most repairs are carried out at your home or office, which is why the ZIP code matters. Work that needs a bench — full panel replacement or reupholstery — is collected and returned.
Which areas do you serve?

What should I include in the first message?
