My Togo is covered in wrinkles. Is it damaged?›
Almost certainly not. There is no frame inside a Togo — the creasing is how the piece was drawn and how it left the factory. What is worth worrying about is cracking along the crests of the pleats, splitting at a seam, or colour that has rubbed away. Those are repairable, and they are what we look for.
Can you repair the leather without removing the cover?›
Usually, yes. Most scratches, scuffs, stains and colour loss are handled in place, in your home, over a protected floor. A split seam or a failing panel is the case where the cover comes off and the work moves to the bench.
The seat has gone soft. Is that a leather problem?›
No, and it is worth separating the two. When a frameless piece sags it is the foam inside that has given up, not the hide on the outside. That is a different job from Ligne Roset leather repair, and we will tell you which one you actually need before any work is quoted.
