Natuzzi's own instructions bar the ink remover from nubuck and aniline, warn that the cleaner and the protector will darken nubuck, and note that its prestige "Natural" leathers are more delicate and that stains may not come out completely. We would rather you did not pay us to. Natuzzi's own care guidance says scars and wrinkles are natural marks that prove the leather is genuine and should not be considered defects. Creasing across a seat is the hide relaxing into use, not failing. If it bothers you we will say so honestly rather than sell you a refinish you do not need.

Yes. We match on the piece itself rather than from a chart, because the same factory colour ages differently depending on light, use and how it has been cleaned. A headrest that has taken ten years of sun is not the colour it left Italy as. Matching to the panel next to the repair is what makes the work disappear, and it is the part of Natuzzi leather repair that most often decides whether a job reads as invisible or as a patch.

No, and we will not imply otherwise. We are an independent leather repair workshop with no affiliation to Natuzzi. We name the brand only to describe the furniture we service. If your piece is still inside its warranty period, talk to your retailer first, because work done elsewhere can affect a claim.

Natuzzi's own guidance is at least twice a year, and roughly every two months on furniture in heavy daily use. Most of the cracked and colour-worn pieces that reach us are not badly made. They are simply dry, and they got that way over years of nobody doing anything at all. Kept to that cadence, most sofas never need Natuzzi leather repair beyond a clean.
